Hi! I'm Sakshi Gangawane, a Data Analytics Associate from Pune, Maharashtra. I specialize in transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights through dashboards, visualizations, and BI reporting.
I'm pursuing my B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU) (2022–2026), and I'm passionate about data storytelling, process optimization, and leveraging analytics to drive business growth.

Analyzed 180K+ supply chain records across 53 business variables. Uncovered a 54.71% late delivery rate, estimated $2.1M in losses, and delivered logistics optimization recommendations.
Built interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor loan applications, repayments, and KPIs. Classified loans into Good/Bad categories and implemented MTD & YoY metrics using advanced DAX.
Conducted retail sales analysis using SQL, Python, and Power BI to uncover revenue trends, product performance, and customer insights, enabling data-driven business recommendations. 🚀
Degree vs Skills: Workforce Intelligence Analysis Conducted an end-to-end analysis of the Indian job market to evaluate the impact of degrees, skills, experience, and location on hiring trends. Discovered that 76% of jobs did not explicitly require a degree, highlighting the increasing importance of practical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Conducted an end-to-end statistical analysis of an e-commerce A/B testing experiment to evaluate whether a new landing page improved customer conversion rates. Cleaned and validated over 294K user records, performed exploratory data analysis, applied a Two-Proportion Z-Test,interpreted confidence intervals and p-values, and translated statistical findings into actionable business recommendations. The analysis concluded that the observed difference in conversion rates was not statistically significant (p = 0.1899), demonstrating data-driven decision making.
